She accepts patients who have PPO, EPO, or Medicare. The patient is financially responsible for her medical services for a set monthly fee. Healthcare insurance plans cover other costs such as medications, laboratory tests, radiology tests, ER visits, or hospitalizations according to the individual plan’s allowances.
